Duh!

Vatican says aliens could exist

Writing in the Vatican newspaper, the astronomer, Father Gabriel Funes, said intelligent beings created by God could exist in outer space.

Just as there are multiple forms of life on earth, so there could exist intelligent beings in outer space created by God. And some aliens could even be free from original sin, he speculates.
Once again, the church comes around some hundred years later than the rest of the world. I mean, does it take any kind of formal study to determine that there COULD be a possibility of aliens existing?

But how could aliens share sin with us humans? Isn't that the whole point of the Adam and Eve story? Only humans live in sin... not animals, nor plants, nor bacteria. So how could a living being, on another planet, have anything to do with the original sin of two human beings who never existed in the first place?

In fact, there is already proof that intelligent life exists outside of Earth:

"And now, young Skywalker... you will die!!"

What would amaze me is the possibility of finding intelligent life inside the Vatican...
